Please allow 5-7 days for personalized and monogrammed orders. If you need an item sooner, please call and we will try to accommodate your needs. Multi-gift orders will require a longer design time. You may be charged a small fee for a rush delivery.
It's necessary for extended time for Holiday orders. Please order your holiday gifts early.
Courier
Gifts are delivered within the Metro Atlanta area by our courier service. The average courier cost is between $7.50 and $15.00, depending on the zip code and area.
Shipping
We do not ship gifts internationally, only within the United States. Unless you desire another way of shipping, we use FedEx ground or UPS. Shipping cost is according to weight and destination. Because of the possibility of lost or stolen packages, no package is left unless it is signed for.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified and charges will not apply.
Re-shipping or Re-routing
Baskets of Love & Embroidery can not be responsible for incorrect information or address given to us by the customer. If your gift needs to be re-routed for a second delivery, the additional cost will be charged to the customer.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, personalized gift items are NOT returnable.
Please be sure to double check your spelling when placing an order. Also, please understand that some items may be out of stock but can be reordered. We will contact you in 24 hours if your item is going to take longer than one week.
It's okay to make changes, if the work has not been started or completed. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this policy.
